Captain Maynard Halili......holds fixed and rotary ATPL CPL ME IR aerobatic and seaplane instructor ratings with over 7000 hours on light aircraft types.
			He is one of the most experienced general aviation helicopter and fixed wing instructor, test, aerobatic and display pilots in the Far East.
						Captain Halili has spent much of his flying career on developing aerobatic teaching technics and his enthusiasm for what can best be described as the 'art' of flying is infectious.
	At a recent conference on aviation standards he was quoted as saying:- "Flying should be an enjoyable experiance not a chore but there is no reason why the recreational pilot should not fly to the same standard as the career pilot, it is down to the right attitude on the part of the instructor and the flying school. No pilot should be considered amateur, the word professional should be instilled at all levels of training from the first introductory lesson. The words recreational, weekend, and even the term 'private' in PPL carry certain implications for standards and should be banished from every instructors vocabulary".
